Te main seller for these apartments is the staff. Angela and Gina. Angela and Gina are always very busy. Gina is the FIRST LOVELY FACE YOU SEE. She goes above and beyond her duties offering her personal number in case I had a minor problem but of course I refused and declined to bother her. She always makes time for every question and problem and seems to know every resident by name. She has Super Human People skills. I think she is a valuable asset to this community we are all blessed to know her GIVE HER A RAISE AND PROMOTION.
Very spacious, nice apartments. Lots of kids, however.
It is quiet. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Never hard to find a parking space.
Spring Lake is quiet. It is conveniently located in Byram so that you have easy access to everything from the supermarket to the interstate.
Expensive, no free amenities at all, grounds are kept nicely, quiet except for neighbors upstairs, resident pays sewer charges, (ridiculous), trash & water
i would tell them its a great place to live because the apts are well kept, convient for resident to get to the interstate, all the local banks are nearby on the main street ( Siwell Rd. ) and its pretty quiet.
It can be a bit noisy at times but is an overall good experience to live here. 1 bedrooms are very spacious. Lake view is nice.
I have lived in apartments for the last 6yrs & this is the best I have lived in.
